‍ ‍This series comes from the Twin Cities Metro Surge. I am a public school teacher in an immersion school. It is devastating to see how pol(ICE) treat BIPOC families. Dehumanizing people is not new and needs to stop. I created three Minnesota shaped pieces with wisdom I thought the Minnesota trees would remind everyone of.
